The Bake Pod believes that your cake should not only look beautiful but taste delicious too. We carefully select and only use the finest of ingredients including luxury Belgian chocolate and award-winning jams and curds produced locally in Staffordshire by Cottage Delights. Additionally, we always use real butter and free range eggs.

To achieve a flawless finish and clean sharp edges within our designs we use a layer of decadent chocolate ganache before covering in high quality fondant icing. Our cakes are all made to a 5″ depth including four layers of cake combined with three layers of delicious fillings so you get a lot of cake for your money. We make everything fresh to order without exception.

English Rose, Raspberry & Prosecco
A sponge cake delicately infused with rose water, layered with a Raspberry and Prosecco Jam and buttercream. What could be more perfect for a wedding celebration!

Juicy Orange
Tantalising orange flavoured sponge cake filled with lovely mellow Orange Curd and buttercream.

Elderflower, Lemon and Gin
A delicately infused Elderflower sponge cake, layered with a summery Lemon & Gin Curd and buttercream. Perfect for all of those Gin lovers!

Aromatic Ginger & Rhubarb
Beautifully moist, spiced ginger sponge cake layered with a Rhubarb and Ginger Jam and buttercream. Also available without the rhubarb.

Coconut & Lime Heaven
A tropical and moist coconut sponge cake, layered with a luscious Lime Curd and buttercream.

Amaretto and Morello Cherry
An Amaretto infused almond sponge cake, layered with delicious Morello Cherry Jam and buttercream.

Citrusy Lemon
Moist lemon sponge cake infused with lemon zest and lemon sugar syrup, layered with luxury Lemon Curd and buttercream.

Beloved Victoria Sponge
Delicate Madagascan vanilla sponge layered with delicious Strawberry Jam and buttercream.

Decadent Chocolate and Salted Caramel
Rich chocolate sponge cake layered with Salted Caramel sauce and Belgian chocolate buttercream.

Our cakes are made in a kitchen which uses allergens, including wheat, eggs, dairy and nuts therefore we cannot guarantee that our cakes do not contain allergens. Please inform us at the time of ordering if you have any concerns.

Unfortunately we do not offer egg or dairy free cakes.
